BlueBird American Express Terrible customer service, poor access to my information, long hold times, poor english, delayed payment salt lake city utah

My auto insurance company sent me a cancelation letter stating that I had not paid toward my monthly policy.

I had paid this via BlueBird.com so I went to the BlueBird online account information and saw that a payment I asked to be sent 12/6/13, was received by my insurer 12/12/13 (6 days later).  There was an American Express confirmation number listed but it was of no help to my insurer. I am also not able to review the mailing address or account number that I entered for my insurer so I cannot confirm that there isn’t a typo on my part.  This information is not available online to review so I have no way to insure that if I am at fault in anyway, this will not continue to happen.

I attempted to contact American Express  several times.  Each time, the heavily accented call center agents would put me on hold for hours at a time stating that they could see that my insurer was paid but could not provide me with any other information or the document necessary to prove to my insurance company that they did receive payment, ONLY a supervisor can do that.

After several hours on hold I finally decided to send an email.  This is completely unacceptable.  In addition to the above, my insurer is charging me a $10.00 late fee.
