Bluehippo, is totally a very low down company. I signed up to get a computer was told would get my computer in 4-6 weeks after paying the 99.00 down payment.
I then got the contract in the mail the day they took the money out of my account, of course there was stuff that i had not aggreed to, and you can only get your money back up to 7 days after the order is placed
i did not know that untill i got the contract two weeks later.
I called them to cancel and was told a they had not lied to me and they could make a better deal with them. When i told them no to just cancel my account, they said i would have a credit to get merchandise.
I went online to order my digital camera, they had a camera for 91.31 so i figured this would cover s/h
Wrong- the credit i had was 99 the credit that i got was 91.31, so i had to order one for at least 99.00 which cost me another 28.00 in shipping.
So i sent them a money order, with conformation postage.
I have proof that they got the money order on the 5th of Febuary, 2009
I called them on the 16th of Febuary, the guy said that they got the money order on the 12th
Finally after being on hold for another 45 min, he said that he had talked to his supervisor and it would be credited and rushed out to me.
Well today is the 25th and still no camera, and it still says on the website that i owe them the 28 dollars. Even though i have conformation that they got it on the 5th of Febuary.
I really think that we should all ban together and get a class action lawsuit going, has anyone considered or tried this, if so please contact me (((ROR redacted))) lets shut this company down.
