I came into contact with Bob and his 'team' of agents when I was searching for a condo to purchase in North Scottsdale for my daughter.
On my first phone call with Bob, he made it very clear that he does not work with anyone who is not Caucasian. In fact, he even went so far as to say that, "they just don't belong in Scottsdale, they're different from me and you." He went on to make some snide racist jokes as well. I was appalled, to say the least.
I quickly cut off all communication with Bob after this, but I thought I should warn other consumers of Bob's nightmarish standard of service.

This complaint against Bob Herzog appears to be part of an organized SCAM to sell "repair and monitor" services for $149/month. Anyone who has known Bob Hertzog ffor more than say, 10 seconds, knows these accusations are patently false. Bob is a consummate professional. How many complaints have been filed against him with the Arizona Department of Real Estate? I'll save you the trouble of looking it up, the answer is ZERO. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the Phoenix area, you'd be hard pressed to find a more professional agent than Bob Hertzog.

Notice the date of the review...I just received an email tonight from someone named "Marry Higgins", telling me I needed to hire her to respond to a recent negative review on this site. In her words, she could "make this review go away". Sorry, but I don't fall for this crap. "Marry" needs to get a life. I should have known, as it came across as spam email to my site. Nice try "Marry". Scumbag.
