Before Christmas,Signed up to do FREE TRIAL with acaiReduce and cleanseAware - only postage had to be paid.
Within a few days got produce but also got CHARGED full price of AUD208.74 + postage.
Tried to phone and email - no success. Put it down to BAD experience and promised myself to never order online again!
Big surprise a few weeks later - 16. January 2011 got CHARGED AUD 208.42 + postage - no produce received.
Again sent email to support@acaireduce.com to ask them to either immediately reimburse AUD417.16 + postage or send immediately the year's supply of produce (11 bottles of acaiReduce and 11 bottles of cleanse Aware) and to never charge my account again.
Now I am waiting for them to do the "right thing"
