I am a gold member with bonzi it is suppose to be 9.95 a moth and i have been charged 49.00 two times for one month i wan't my money back and also bonzi does not do what he is suppose to do i have called and been on line and noone can help me if they cant do something about it this i want all my money back thati have been paying for the last 2 years
