Ordered 3 books for $35.00+ on Dec 8,2010 for Christmas presents. Discover Card account charged on Dec 9 and order status showed "Processing".On Dec 22, sent e-mail to customer service and received immediate reply that I would be contacted by customer service and "Blessings". To date no answer. On Dec 28th sent another e-mail which came back stating staff vacation until Jan 3, 2011 and "Blessings". On Jan 4, I attempted phone call to 2 different 800 numbers, both had message saying number was not valid from my area code. I contacted Discover Card and was advised to wait until Jan 22nd to request their assistance; this was to give company a reasonable period to send order. I will contact them on Jan 23rd to request they charge back the $35.00 and refund to my account.
