Received pamphlet in mail entitled "The Great Cholesterol Hoax" prompting me to order the book entitled, "Prescription for Drug Alternatives". They also said my order would include 26 free reports of various health interests.

I ordered the book within a couple of days. I received the hardcover book in an acceptable amount of time but never received the 26 free reports I was promised. I sent payment immediately upon receiving the hardcover book and invoice thinking maybe the 26 free reports would be sent under separate cover. Several weeks later I still have not received the free reports.
