Bounce Energy DECEITFUL BILLING PRACTICE Houston, Texas

Bounce Energy's rates and billing practice is very deceitful! Other companies bundle their "fees" into 1 energy usage fee to come up with a REAL up front kWh rate vs. your scenario. I sign up for a 4 cent rate and after your fees and extras I am paying close to 10, sometimes 14 cents a kWh, how does that work !?!?!

I am looking now for an alternative (which I will find by the time anyone is reading this), heck someone offering me an HONEST upfront kWh rate of 9 cents will beat your advertised 4 cents rate ANY DAY. The trend I have noticed in Bounced published rate is, if you want to truly know what you will be paying after fees, DOUBLE the rate you signed up for. EX: 4 cent sign up rate = paying greater than or equal to 8 cents kWh billing rate, or sign up for 9 cents kWh then expect to pay at least 18 cents a kWh!

I will NEVER use Bounce Energy again and will continue to spread the word as I have.

I will take FULL responsibility for trusting a business, not micro managing my account and realizing your billing practices a lot sooner. Guess you can't just give a company credit for having fair and honest business practices these days.

Wow I remember when this company first hit the market none of these issues existed (been with Bounce Energy for more than 6 months now); but rest assured everyone shows their true colours with time.
