Box Office Tickets Scammed me Chicago Illinois

I wanted to purchase tickets to one of my wife's favorite venues at the Chicago theatre.  I wanted to surprise her with front row seats.  They advertised front row seats at $1200 for two.  I order them and saw a conformation for the the front row seats.  When the ticket arrived, they were 50 rows back in rown N.  No one in their right mind would pay this kind of money for such suckie seats.  I complained through email and got a condescending response saying that I must have been confused and that there are no refunds.  I'm going to make it a personal mission to expose this fraudulent practice.  Buyer beware.  Don't buy tickets from Box Office Tickets.
