I signed my son up months ago for t-ball offered thru the boys and girls club. I have called numerous times requesting dates and times of practice and games. I still have not recieved any information and when I actaully got a hold of someone at the boys and girls club they said practice starts in FOUR days!!! here Iam still waiting. I called agian to ask for a refund this time another lady tells me she doesnt think refunds can be given. I told her "well, I paid for a service I did not get" her response was "well, you volunteered to give us that money"....SERIOUSLY?!?!!? It is wrong to take anyones money and not give the service that was paid for! this is only the beginning, I will take this as far as I need to. -ONE PISSED OFF PARENT
