Beware of Brad Andrus from Axis Realty in Denton, TX!

He cannot be trusted at all as he will say and do anything to get his way. As a real estate broker he is deceptive posing as an agent when in fact he is in process to buy the property that you have an interest in. Its not cute. Its not funny. Its absolutely deceptive, unethical and immoral to talk to a so-called real estate agent about expanding into a new space only to have him listen and then reveal himself as a Buyer of the property.

After he purchased the property, he refused to service me as a commercial tenant. We've had routine trespassing and criminal activity occurring on a continuous basis and he ignored all requests to do anything even though he had a duty to prevent criminal activity in the common areas. He was perfectly content collecting rent even if it meant going down the path of a SLUMLORD. 

When our power was cut off from the outside by trespassers, his management company responded by saying it was a "tenant issue" and stopped returning calls or E-Mails. The only time Andrus responded to a call was when he needed to cash out and then he made outlandish promises he never intended on following through with as long as he received the necessary sign offs to close the deal.

Brad Andrus is deceptive, manipulative and will stop at nothing to make a quick buck! Beware of having ANY dealings with him. Andrus is highly deceptive and can only be relied upon to do and say whatever it takes in his interest even if it means hurting the ones around him -- Even if it means putting others' lives in danger!

His behavior is akin to a fly-by-night and not a reputable real estate professional.
