my wife was in an accident. brad was married to her sister at one time. i called him for advice and he met with my wife and took the case. they met each other on several occasions that had nothing to do with her case as it was at night and my wife was supposedly at night school. i noticed a phone # on my phone bill that i didn't recognize that had numerous calls. i called and it was him. she was calling bradley h. spear at all different times and lengths. i asked about it and she said it was about the case.o.k. then after the case was settled the calls kept showing up on the phone bill.this is with in a six month timeframe and had nothing to do with legal services.

i went into the hospital for four weeks, and my wife never called. she was moving out with him as he had just sent his wife packing.now my wife is living with him after leaving me high and dry as she paid him with money that was not hers. i don't have an opinion about his legal ability but i do know that it is unethical to date a client; especially a married one. this guy is bad news.

i would reccommend that noone use him or you might lose more than your case! come and try to deny it bradley. i have phone records, bank statements, and her family members that will verify and testify that all of this is true and you give lawyers a bad name. you are not only a bad human being but a wife stealer and an adulterer to boot.i feel ripped off of money and the woman i am still married to for fifteen years. this guy should be disbarred in my opinion. use him at your own risk!!
