I would like to report that I am very disappointed by the service that Bravofly provides. On 14th October 2015 I booked return tickets for my wife and I from Beijing to Istanbul (flight date 1st Feb 2016 and 9th Feb 2016) and I received the confirmation email from Bravofly a week after the payment was made.

Last week I checked on the Airline's website and found out that both flights have been reschedulled. We realised that we could no longer take the flights so we decided to cancel them. I called Bravofly customer service line on 10th January 2016 and was informed that they will email me WITHIN 72 HOURS to give me details of the cancellation (which they strangely could not provide to me over the phone). I waited until 13th January but I did NOT receive any email as they promised. I called their customer service FOUR times and until today I still do not have any information related to the cancellation. I was repeatedly told that they will "contact the cancellation department" (who is not reachable through phone). 

I sent the email to claim-fly@en.customer-travel-care.com but again I have had no reply from them. I do not know how I could get in touch with anyone in the company who can help me to refund my ticket and I am very anxious. A friend of mine who was planning to travel with my family booked the same flights via another travel agency and she has already had her full refund. I would be grateful if anyone from bravofly could contact me soon to deal with the issue.
