Bremac rip-off, scams customers Richmond Virginia

Bremac installed the Heat pump unit in my home for the previous owners. We called them for maintanance to the unit after we moved in. They would not honor the warranty bought by the previous owners. They tried to push us into buying some sort of yearly maintanance plan which we refused.

I had to call them on several occasions to do work to the unit. They never did repair it correctly. It seems that everytime they came out, just a short time later, something else would go wrong with the unit. This went on for several years.

I finally got wise to them and figured out they were the cause of the unit not working properly. They charged me a tremendous amount of money for parts and labor every time they came out.

I called another company to look at the unit, they repaired it, and since then I have not had any more trouble with the unit.

They are rip offs. Do not use them
