I was intrigued with an ad on Facebook advertising an anti-wrinkle cream that was the secret behind Sally Fields' wrinkle-less skin. I understood that the cost was only the cost of shipping: $4.97 for eye serum and $4.94 for skin cream.

I received the products, used them for less than a month and then noticed that my credit card bill had been charged for not only the shipping fees, but also for the apparent fees for the products: $84.97 and $89.94 respectively -- all totalling $184.82. I called the company phone number on the credit card statement and after I shared my irritation, they agreed to credit me 75% for the cost of the two products (not the shipping fees). So, I am still paying $53.65 for products I had been originally led to believe would cost me $9.91.

Also, I recall when I placed the order that I was somehow tricked into getting the eye cream, which I really didn't want or need.

I continue to be irritated and feel I've been scammed.
