New Healthy Savings, unlimitedmusicdownloads ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Miami Beach Florida

I found a web site called .com (aka New Healthy Savings). It stated a charge of $1.oo per month. When I received my credit card bill I was charged $48.00 from a company I never heard of -New Healthy Savings. I contacted my credit card company and was told to look in the yellow pages or go online. When I went online I was suprised to find freemusicoutletonline.com under New Healthy Savings in the bad business report with 143 reported cases.

I contacted New Healthy Savings and was told that it is a 4 year contract and that I had been charged for the 4 years. Of course I was not offered my money back and I told them to cancel immediately and that I never wanted to see another bill from them ever again.


But Later 1 month after that, they charged me a 79.9% $ towards membership fee. I dodn't remember signing in for any membership fees. I called them and asked them to refund back my money stating that I had cancelled my membership. The customer support said that my membership would be cancelled and I would get the refund back within 15 business days . So i trusted them and waited and to my surprise, I found that again the next month another 79.95$ was deducted from my account.
When i called them the third time they gave me some email address and refused to give any further information.


I have been ripped of a total of 208 $ . I feel cheated and betrayed,
Please help me get my money back from this fraudulent company.
