OEM Solutions ripoff, this company is a rip off Internet

they are selling download to software that you end up having to burn to have, my computer would not burn this and recived err and when I have tryed to contact them at least 6 times to stopp payment, to refund my 100 dollars because of not being able to get what they promised as everything encluded software purchase, they have not responded and have not made good,

This company makes promise of everything included to download software that they sale, however they take your money, never give any support and the software can not be burned and it reports err after they send you a download link for the purchase. When I tried to contact them by the support link they gave me by email at least 6 times every day for a week, they never responded, they just took the 100.00 and ran so to speak, and I got nothing except a credit card bill and a head ack trying to get them to give the supposed 100% guareenteed money back...

The software that they are doing, could even be pairated, since you get no books, you can't burn it, and after the download link they send you for your purchase, you will recieve an err to try to gain your software purchase...

Seems this company would at least respond to the support link they send the customer after they have collected your money, but no way, please stay away from them if you need software.
