I have been visiting and going to Briarwood Hills apartments since I was a kid.
It was never like this. Between the change in management several times over the past year and the illiteracy of the staff this place has become a complete DUMP
Not only do they trick you into hidden fees but their maintenance staff is a bunch of thugs that dont know what they are doing.
The office staff is rude, unprofessional and down right awful. They lie and do nothing but cover up their lack of work.
If you drive up the driveway you can find furniture from couches to tvs that have sat outside for months.
Rats and cats litter the dumpsters and the grounds while the groundskeepers barely ever show up.
The pool will never be open in time for memorial day. This year the pool was green and full fo garabge until about july 1st. Now they let it get green then toss a bunch of chemicals and repeat the process.
The place is a complete JOKE.
Cops there all the time
Moronic staff that spend their time with their heads up their asses
