 Frequently visited Brighton stores and received great courtesy and attending it from the clerk's on this particular day Stevie another manager was in the store the other girl walked away as soon as Steve we looked at the receipt and said we only missed it by one day and there was nothing she could do about it so I asked speak to the manager the manager is off because she was supposed to be off today which is May 21st 2016 but apparently she came in just to handle this situation should have a conference call about it I feel as though we were treated wrongly I frequently frequented stores many times and it never been treated like that before so she was supposed to call me and she never did so I had to call the store twice

when I found out she was going to be at the store unfortunately for me she claimed that the registered programs would not allow her to do a cash refund for the one day I feel as though that is a complete both face lie I work retail all my life if you are manager you can override anything she just chose not to do so so in that regards I will tell everyone and anyone that I know never to frequent Brighton stores at Summit Mall or any other I feel as though me and my friend word picked out and talk to side I don't feel as though for you to be running the company since 1969 would have employees behave that way but that's what you choose to do George Cole you go right ahead and continue doing business that way but if I ever see anybody wanting to go there I'm going to tell them no don't go because they will not treat you fairly
