This is the second time I have attempted to order from this company and the second time they have sent defective products.  I ordered lighted stones that were not lighted.  I emailed immediately - as there is no customer service chat line or phone number - and the only option is to email.  Five days later I get an email that says that I have to send - to canada - my return and that they do not pay for postage even though they send defective merchandise.  This company is a COMPLETE rip off.  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.  They stand BEHIND NOTHING!!!!!!
