Broc Hill turns out to have a criminal record! His phone number as of today is disconnected as well. This person is trying very hard to get away with fraud but he won't for very long. He works with Solomon Kabul who is Nigerian (that's what the detective who's working the case informed me of) and I've seen his photograph the police have and he certainly looks Nigerian. The two work together to get people to send them large amount of money under false pretenses and than all of a sudden they have no phones! That in itself wouldn't be so bad, however, they refuse to refund your money so you are left with nothing and they expect you to believe that one day, just one day you might get some phones if they ever do! They are theives!!!

Go ahead Broc, sue me for defamation. I would LOVE to see you spend MY MONEY on a meritless law suit. I'm sure your attorney would just love to take your money! I will not stop making sure everyone who even considers doing business with you and your nigerian partner is tipped off that you are nothing more than a scammer. Now that they had my money, not only would they not be able to ship the phones that day, but Broc Hill's supplier was out of stock! Between 5:00 pm and 9:00am the next morning AFTER he received my money, he was out of stock?

This matter is being looked into by three seperate police departments and I have no doubt both Broc Hill and Soloman Kabul will be arrested for fraud. Ann is somebody you never want to do business with. Think about the worst customer you have ever dealt with and then multiply that by 20 and you have Ann. My talks started with ann last Saturday when she got in touch with me.

We were originally going to do a credit card transaction and we were in the works with that. She was on a deadline to originally have the phones by Friday. I got her in touch with one of my suppliers and we talked extensively on the phone and explained to her how this industry works and how there can be delays and problems just like in any business... we hope everything works out as scheduled but that's not always the case as I'm sure any business man can tell you.

So she didn't like my original supplier and I got her in touch with another one of mine. The next day she calls me early in the morning and asks if we can just go ahead with a wire transfer. I said that was fine and that day she went ahead and did the transfer. My suppliers deadline was by 230pm to get the funds wired and Ann didn't get the funds transferred until after 5pm, after the banks were closed.

So since she wired the funds late, and I'm suprised that she even went ahead and did that on her own accord AFTER SHE KNEW I TOLD HER TO GET IT THERE BY 230 she still went ahead and wired. She deposited the funds directly into my suppliers account.

We wanted to get her shipment out that day, but my supplier sent his stock to another buyer so we were unable to fulfill her order this day which was made clear to her. The next day I call her and tell her that my supplier WILL NOT BE GETTING STOCK IN for a few days, possibly thurs or friday... I did not have a clear date for her when we would have phones available but from my understanding he would be getting a new shipment of stock later this week.

She missed the deadline, my supplier shipped phones to another customer, and now her order was delayed. Who's fault is this?

Now she's calling me threatening me with criminal charges and all this bullshit and it hasn't even been 24 hours since she wired the money.....

My partners told me that they didn't want to do business with her because she sounded like too much of a drama queen, but I insisted that we did and I went out on a leg to help her out.

As a broker I can only do so much, there has been delays and that happens. But now all she can think about is sending me to jail and it's been only one day.
