Broker Online Exchange/Box Broker is an online company that works with a handful of energy supply companies, that offers the oppertunity for induviduals to enroll comercial customers in exchange for a 40% take on the commision. I worked with them for over one year and submitted a total payout value of over $18,000.00 (after split) when I found out about cancer taking over my body. I reached out to my rep within the comany and informed her of what was going on and that I wanted to cash out my accounts since I am going over seas to join a medical trail since nothing is working. After a few weeks the owner of the company BENJI COOMER declined the offer. Since I had left, BOX Broker had send me monthly emails outline that the customers changed their mind and that no funds will be paid. After speaking with my clients I found out that BOX had send them a new contract to sign that would void the original one with me.
I understand that BOX is trying to eat, but why on the backs of the vendors that do all the hard wotk for them and then to steal from them.

I'm only replying to this report becasue it has been brought up a few times with our trusted brokers, otherwise it is so absurd, I would not even address it. Stephen DeWitt wrote this report and he is a black-listed, fraudulent broker that scammed BOX for over $10K. His story about him dying of cancer is strange as he told us that his MOTHER was dying of cancer and needed his commission to be escalated. We pay our brokers on a residual payment every month. We have NEVER not paid a broker that was due a payment. We have over 600 channel partners that are registered and closing business with Broker Online Exchange, and we have never purposely missed a payment that was due. If we ever miss a payment in error, we pay off cycle to the broker as soon as we are notified.
Stephen Dewitt made up this false story about his mother dying of cancer and him needing to go to Germany, but we declined to escalate the 2nd and 3rd years of the payment as the request was way outside of the parameters of our risk profile. When we declined the escalted payments, he took over 10 clients and forged their documents and signed them to other suppliers or master brokers (im sure he owes them money too) and now because of the forged/bad deals have dropped, he now owes BOX over $10K in commissions as we have aslready paid him the first 12 months of the payment.
Stephen DeWitt is a fraudlent broker who is black-listed with most suppliers as we have since found out. His story is ridiculous (and a lie) and as I ststed, Im only responding as a few people have asked us about it. Broker Online Exchange is a prominent master broker in the de-regulated energy industry, we have over 600 happy Agents, brokers, and consulting partners, we have tens of thousands of happy customers, and this criminal, Stephen Dewitt is the only partner to have an issue with us.
