As for the August 5, 2014 alleged complaint, it once again is by an unknown author.  I think the individual making such a false complaint is giving out false representations.  He claims that Dr. Weinstein and I harmed him.  This is a bold-faced lie.  If it is the individual whom I suspect, he settled the case prior to using Dr. Weinstein in his case. Therefore, this individual has no complaint.  He was the one that consented to voluntarily settle his case.  Any complaints against Dr. Weinstein or Bruce Eden are frivolous and defamatory.  It's another example of someone attacking for the sake of venting his spleen because he was the party in the wrong and didn't get what he wanted.

The Complaint against me, Bruce Eden, is yet another False Complaint because I am a fathers' rights activist and certain radical feminist groups and individuals attack fathers' rights activists for speaking the truth about the family courts, fathers' rights and constitutional rights.  The person complaining against me once again will not identify themselves, fails to provide information, let alone any proof, leading to the fact that the information against me as both false and defamatory.  By not identifying themselves, this only leads one to believe that the information is fraudulent and false. 

As far as Jill of the Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Court is concerned, Jill and I are on good terms since we last communicated, and I have worked with her on numerous cases.  I've helped her with her own federal case and other situations where various states have tried to paint her as unscrupulous and illegally pulled her licenses without cause.  I look forward to working with and helping Jill in other cases involving the fraudulent family courts and their criminality against citizens and taxpayers.  Jill and I are working towards the same goals of helping people fight and expose the unscrupulous family courts, which are nothing but "show trial" administrative courts on the same track as the former n**i Courts in how they treated the Jews in 1930s and 1940s Germany.

My final update on my Consumer Comments about Bruce Eden:

After my DISASTER and destruction of my Plenary Hearing at the end of 2013 in Bergen Family Court I had relinquish more parenting time to a severly mentally ill female who was protected for years by Judge M.  My only chance to save my children was the Plenary Hearing which was destroyed by working with Mr. Eden's partner "Dr. Monty" Myron Wienstein.  

Within 60 days on my Plenary Hearing my ex-wife was evicted for the 4th consecutive time, picked up by the Mahwah police and involuntarily committed to Bergen Regional Psychiatric (her second psych hospitalization) upon her release she refused to sign authorization to have the Judge review the hospitalization records and soon fled the state.

Finally after 10 years spending over 300k on attorney, parental coordinator & evaluator fees (for a working class dad who had to spend the same amount on alimony & child support) fighting for my children’s lives in an unconstitutional and corrupt Bergen Family court (including the prime culprit Bergen Family Center), I now have sole custody since January 22^nd physically and March 7^th 2014 legally. 

I had paid “Dr. Monty” Myron Wienstein and Bruce Eden close to $20,000 to find out my Expert Witness is a fraud and thief.  As you can see on Bruce Eden’s website  DADS AMERICA New Jersey Chapter, Mr. Eden and Mr. Wienstein are still in business together.  

Sadly, we father’s who have been subjected to unconstitutional treatment by Judge’s & social workers would pay anything to save our children.  Sadly, we father’s are scammed by those purporting to help our children and us. 

Below is an excerpt from the STATE OF NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Administrative Review Board’s comments about “Dr. Monty” in 2003.  Mr. Eden has referred “Dr. Monty” Myron Wienstein to me (and others) as an Expert Witness knowingly that Wienstein is a fraud and unqualified.

The Hearing Committee was not impressed with Dr. Weinstein’s testimony and had various concerns about his credibility. The information listed in his Curricuhm Vitae appears embellished and, at times, misleading. For example, while describing his education Dr. Weinstein lists “1996-2001: 200 hours-Advanced training-Harvard Department of Psychiatry- Cambridge Institute, Harvard Medical School.” (Ex. A14). The implication is that he participated in a regular academic program at Harvard. However, it was revealed that the programs he attended at Harvard were only Continuing Education courses (Tr. 1041-l 043).

Additionally, the Hearing Committee has questions about the Doctor of Psychology degree that Dr. Weinstein received at Heed University, which is chartered in Wisconsin and the Virgin Islands (Ex. A14). First, it is unclear whether Heed University was accredited by any of the higher educational accrediting bodies (Tr. 1043-1044). Secondly, it appears that Dr. Weinstein obtained his doctorate degree by merely completing six independent projects in family therapy and by undergoing psychoanalysis (Tr. 1044-l 045; Ex. A14).

While Dr. Weinstein may be an expert in the area of family therapy, the Hearing Committee believes that he lacks the requisite expertise to provide an expert opinion as to whether the Respondent suffers from a mental disability and/or psychiatric illness. Dr. Weinstein doesn’t have a New York State license to practice psychology. Moreover, although he has practiced in the New York area, he is not licensed in any discipline in New York State. (Tr.

1050-1051; Ex. A14).
Furthermore, there has been no convincing evidence presented to the Hearing Committee that Dr. Weinstein ever performed a full formal psychological evaluation of the Respondent. Ne&theless, in 1999 the Respondent engaged Dr. Weinstein to evaluate her for the following purposes: to determine whether she would benefit from family therapy; to help her gain accessibility to her child; and, to render an opinion as an expert in the field of family therapy that would be submitted to the Nassau County Family Court. (Tr. 1360-l 363). However, the evaluation that was ultimately performed by Dr. Weinstein for the limited purposes for which he was engaged did not constitute a comprehensive psychological evaluation of the Respondent.

In addition, the Hearing Committee observed that Dr. Weinstein was evasive, argumentative and offered minimal factual evidence. He was a difficult witness to pin down and he frequently avoided questions that he didn’t want to answer. For example, when asked to comment about the Respondent’s behavior during his testimony, he attempted to avoid the question by asserting the misplaced claim that it would be unethical for him to give an opinion of the Respondent’s behavior during the hearing. After this claim was rejected by the Administrative Law Judge and he was directed to answer the question, he reluctantly stated that there were times that the Respondent was not focused on the issue, was anxious, and not functioning to her full capabilities. (Tr. 1375-1378). Another example occurred while he was being questioned about the Institute. More specifically, he refused to disclose the corporate structure of the Institute by invoking his right against self-incrimination under the Fifth Amendment. (Tr. 1089-l 090). 

I find the complaint against Dr. Monty Weinstein to be improperly put as a complaint against me, linking the 2 of us together.  This is an improper use of the website, and I would like it removed immediately because it improperly slanders me based on unsupported allegations.  If the author complaining about Dr. Weinstein has a problem with Dr. Weinstein, he needs to remove said complaint under my name and put it under Dr. Weinstein's name. 

Presumably, the author attacked Dr. Weinstein under my name to try and avoid being sued by Dr. Weinstein.  I have looked at Dr. Weinstein's website and nowhere does he profess to be a psychologist, and nowhere are there any VALID complaints against him.  I have known Dr. Weinstein for 30 years and he has helped hundreds if not thousands of parents gain access to their children in the corrupt, racketeering enterprise known as the family courts in the various states.  This is one of the few complaints I have ever seen against him and without showing any real proof, the complaint looks like a set-up. 

The expert recommended to me by Bruce, "Dr. Monty" Weinstein, turned out to be a fraud of epic purportions.

  "Dr." Myron "Monty" Weinstein destroyed my Plenary Hearing in one hour which I have been work toward for years in a long post divorce litigation.  Mr. Weinstein was removed from the stand as he was not credible nor qualified.  Mr. Weinstein has NEVER been a licensed Psychologist in any state as he falsly advetises and tells his "clients" and PRACTICES.

Mr. Weistein is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist in GA #MFT000677 only - NOTHING more.  My Judge did in fact ferret all this out of Mr. Weinstien and on top if this humiliation to my case, Mr. Weinstein could not even recall basic details of his "Expert Report" such as my kids names, when and where he interviewed them (this was all written in the report which was right in front of him on the stand I will also have the court transcripts shortly).  My Plenary Hearing was over with 1.5 hours and I had to settle based on a bogus eval from Bergen Family Center which both Social Workers are currently under investigation from my complaint by the NJ State Board of Social Workers.

After Mr. Weistein was removed and discredited he then verbally and in email threatened me that I should not see my kids and that I was a "junkie".  Mr. Weinstein performed an MMPI exam on me (which came back Normal elevations) and performed pyschological assesments and diagnosis which of course were all inadmissable. The Expert Report in which I paid close to $20,000 was as good as toilet paper.   

Bruce helped me with an excelently written brief and had some solid advice while I was in a no-win situation.  Bruce did not destroy my Planery hearing, Mr. Weinstein did.  There is currently a muti-state (NJ & GA) and multi-Board (Psychology & MFT) investigation which each state and the Boards are working together on my numerous complaints, it seems the Board Exectutive Directors have a keen interest in my complaint as they all have been in personal contact with me (this is very unusual) .  For now, I am giving Bruce the benefit of the doubt that he was not part of Mr. Weinstein's scam but the investigators did ask how I found Mr. Weinstein.

Again - Bruce wrote and excelent Brief for me but does work together with Mr. Weinstein.  I will follow-up again soon with more information, these investigations take time, but please stay away from Mr. Weinstein!  It would be very sad if Bruce was involved in Mr. Weinstein's scams as there are not many Father's Rights activists around in northern NJ.  I will let the States and hopefully a Malpractice Atty figure all this out and it is my hope that Bruce is a good man.

I cannot stress enough how devistating losing my Plenary Hearing has turned out for my children.  I will be posting more detailed information in a Rippoff Report for "Dr." / Mr. Weinstein. After reading to GA Board Order below, you can see it is almost identical to my allegations/complaints:

My initial posted rebuttal was in Aug 2013, and I have since continued to work with Bruce on an ongoing complex custody matter.  I am here again to refute the orignally filed "ripoff report"; Bruce has been exceptional in his consulting and professional recomendations for experts concerning my custody matter.  I plan on another follow-up report when my matter is concluded.

Bruce Eden is a great resource for dad's who need help fighting for thier children in a corrupt and biased "Family Court" system.  I find the complaint on this site highly suspect after working with Bruce for the last several months, again I have found him to be an excelent resource and will continue to work with him.

The report is a fraud based on the fact that it comes from an unmentioned person from Emerson, NJ. I have never dealt with anyone in Emerson, NJ and find it interesting that the person will not reveal themself. This, in and of itself, constitutes fraud and defamation.

I will be requesting an arbitration to find out who made the false report. None of the allegations are substantiated and there is no proof.

In fact, the allegation I am a "mediator" is also false. I am not a mediator, and don't hold myself out to be.

I believe I know who the person making the false complaint might be, as they are slandering me on the internet because I am a Fathers' Rights activitist and consultant.

The person making the allegation of "perhaps illegal" is making a falsestatement on the basis of the word "perhaps". This indicates lack of proof. Obviously these comments are being used to smear me. Furthermore, the person they claim I contacted, Karl Hindle, and also personally attacked as a "predator/liar/psychopath" has been a victim of this person's vendetta against him. I have contacted Mr. Hindle and he has informed me that specifically 2 women are involved in harassing, defaming and libeling him. They've accused him of being a "pedophile", yet the courts have granted him custody of his child after one of the women, being a purported professional, tried to falsely accuse him to deprive him of his child.

The report is a hoax and false allegation. The person making the hoax is either the person named as "ILL" or "JILL" or someone related to her making the hoax. Cannot determine who made the allegation and consider this to be harassment. The false allegations sound like someone is cutting and pasting e-mails to falsely portray me and they need to retract the statements made.
