On June 29th I took my car in to Bruce Scher's Goodyear on Warm Springs in Las Vegas to have an oil change and have the tires rotated and balanced.
The sign behind the counter states that a tire balance is $12.95 per tire. I was charged $98.00 for this service; this was a blatant overcharge.
In addition, before I took it in, I put marks on the two front tires to make sure they were rotated. The marks are still on the front tires. They were never rotated and I can only assume never balanced.
I contacted Bruce Scher's customer service and left a message via email. It is July 1st and I have yet to hear from them.
I will be returning to that shop today to get a refund for the service they didn't provide. They draw you in with ads that are supposed to save you money and then pull a "bait and switch".
Don't use any of the Bruce Scher shops. If one is doing this, they all are. It's obviously being allowed from the top.

Laura, please contact us if your complaint has not been resolved already. We do offer two different types of tire balance and the match balancedoes cost 24.50 each tire. Our standard tire balance costs 12.95 each tire. I apologize for the failure to rotate your tires at the time of service.
