I am upset beacuse you didn't get my food right yesterday it was cold the chicken was dired, pink, and there was blood in the inside. The drink was wronge it was a large ice water and you gave me a small ice water with more ice.and I ask for fried in you did not give them to me.

Ok we get that there is a issue with some form of overcharge. What we need is MORE information if you wish to be assisted. This could be a legitimate charge.
