Businesscards24.com Business Cards were printed wrong twice Internet

When I ordered my business cards from this company initially I designed the card wrong and put a wrong phone number.  As soon as I put in the order I realized I messed up so I called customer service immedietly!  Customer Service said I still had time to fix the mistake to just go on the site and fix it.  When I got the cards delivered the phone number was wrong.  The lady on the phone said " Oh we usually have the customer pay half, but since it was our error we will pay to fix it."  She also mentioned could she could put a shadow on one the words which I agreed to.  Then she said what if I take the name of your husband, which is on the card and put it at a slant because I think it would look better. I told her if she thought that would look better that I trusted her judgement to go ahead.  Well I got the new cards in and the name of my husband was in a completely different place on the card.  I called them back to get this fixed.  The girl listened to our last converstation which had been recorded and says to me " Well you told her that you trusted her to make the correction."  I did tell her she could put it at a slant but not to move the whole entire name.  She told me that I could send both sets of business cards back and they would refund my money. When I asked if I had to pay the postage for it and asked if they just weren't going to do the cards then the girl on then started getting a smart mouth on the phone with me.  The company ended up hanging up the phone on me and now I'm writing this.  In the end the cards don't even look good.  I should have known they would look cheap.  The absolutley did not back up their customer after it was their fault for the second time.  Do not give your business to these people!
