Business Promotion is a company that specializes in marketing for members of the dental industry. These services include building customized websites, Internet marketing, social media services, and appointment reminder systems that text and email notifications of upcoming appointments. Jason Diediker stated the following about his company, "our main goal is to help dentists receive a single point or contact or a one stop shop for all their online marketing needs. So they don't have to go to one company for website design, one company for their SEO, one company for social media. they can come to one single location to get all those things at one time."

Leads for Business Promotion are primarily obtained through their outbound marketing team. They contact dental offices across the country, and if interested the representative will set up a time for the potential client to view a presentation of their services. The presentation is done through screen share and details the various services they provide, "we actually incentivize them to listen to the presentation...they get $25 to amazon for taking time to listen to the presentation. It basically just details out what we do as a company." There is no obligation for the potential client to purchase or express any additional interest after the viewing of the presentation, "we don't do any type of hard close or anything like that. Most of our customers take at least 30 days to purchase."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – BUSINESS PROMOTION LLC

During the onsite interview Mr. Diediker was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service or products they received. Mr. Diediker explained a situation where a client was unhappy with the amount of new patients that they received from their services. He went on to explain, "they were receiving new patients, but they didn't think that the patient values that they were receiving from the services...were beneficial." In order to remedy this, "we worked with the client to come to some type of resolution and ended up actually refunding the client's money and moving on from there."

In regards to the comments placed on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Diediker expressed, "we try to do everything possible to make sure the client is happy." In order to assure future and current clients they are a INC 5000 company, and have a highly trained staff in order to provide the best product. This training includes several team members who are individually certified through Google to do AdWords campaigns. Additionally to show their dedication to their clients, "we like to have what we call a BP experience where our customers get a special experience with us, we do really try to provide the best level of service possible."
