Bustedmugshots.com Extortion, humiliation, blackmail, slander Internet

This website has taken my information from a government website and posted it on their own personal website for a DWI from 3 years ago. Not only is their website appearing as the second website to pop up when you google my name but they also want to charge me to have my information removed.

I realize my mugshot and information are public but you have to make an effort to find them in any other situation. This is not only humiliating for me and my career but family as well.

I do not want to give in to these people and pay them for what I believe I should have control over. Paying them will only make this gross business stronger. I have written both google and the website asking them to remove my information but with no success.

What else can I do? How can people stop this legal form of blackmail?
