I'm not sure if a home warranty company can get any worse than this. It takes over 30 minutes of hold time on the phone to get a hold of a customer service rep. Then the customer service rep will challenge your claim and you will have to pull out the details of the warranty to point out that the item is covered. The contractors Buyers Protection Group uses are of the lowest quality. They often take at least a week until they can come and check the problem. They do the cheapest repair possible then when the item breaks again (right after the warranty ends from the contractor) BPG Home Warranty gives a hard time to fix the problem again. After filing a small amount of claims, they decided to cancel my home warranty saying I filed too many claims!?
