I found their website advertizing a Canon 5D Mk III, with a package.   Living in Canada they would not accept my Credit card and paid via Bank transfer.    I received an e-mail with a price but no invoice, First Warning, and the bank info to wire the funds to.   I sent an e-mail to customer service and have not received a response to date.    Delivery is free in the US but not to Canada and paid extra for delivery.    I received a Canon 60D camera with 2 inferior lenses, a cheap camera case, etc, worth half of the amount that I paid which was just under $3,000.00.   I must say that deliver was very fast.

I contact the salesman/Manager with whom I had placed the order Ralph on receiving the wrong camera and asked the procedure to return the camera and to have the camera I purchased delivered to me.   Ralph stated that this was a better camera and more appropriate for me.   He stated that the advertized Canon Mk III is a grey market product and is missing Firmware and is not in working condition.   False advertizing!!!

It is suitable only for Professional Photographers who already have the firmware which would cost me an additional $1,500.00 in order to have this camera working.  I asked what firmware was and did not get an answer.   He stated, just to try the camera that he sent and that I would like it.   He asked me to look at one of web sites Canon 5d Mk III which was a complete package for just under $5,000.00, which was half of I had paid him.

I spoke with Ralph on several occasions and received nothing but a song and dance.   This business is closed on Saturdays.

I spoke with another salesman Evan who stated that I received the camera that I ordered, WHICH IS FALSE, and he would accept the camera returned and provide a refund but that there would be a 35% restocking fee.  Incredible!!!  I offered a 10% restocking fee but was refused.

I tried several times to speak with Ralph but he would not return my calls and when he did speak to me I offered him to send me a Canon 5D Mk II instead and he laughed stated that he would look into the matter with his superior and call me back.   Strange he has not returned my calls??  This is very crooked business with crooks working for them.

This is just a rip-off company that advertizes items for low prices and then send out cheaper versions of the product. I did report this to the  Better Business Bureau of New York and I am waiting for an outcome.
