 I called and ordered a boat cover the rep ( Jamie) in June ,she took all the measurements for my boat including a pocket port side front for a trolling motor.I received the cover which was two feet to long but fit the width ,I called on July 5,2017 requesting a return for the right size also it was to have a draw string not elastic casing.They stated that a return label would be sent out within 24 hours.On July 27th I called and talk to (Emma) she ensured that I would have a label today.On Monday July 10th I called again and talk with (Thomas) he said the label had not been sent and he would wave the 14 day return time due to me being out of town and would not be able to get it retuned.It was returned on July 24th. I called and talk to (Thomas) telling him the cover has been returned and he stated the replacement would be shipped on July26 or the 27th.

I called back on July 31 and was put on hold ,which they transferred me to a rep but instead transfered me to another costumer having issues too.I had had my wife call on her cell phone and got through to talk to customer service.I talk with (Thomas) he said the cover was sent on Friday July 28th but he had no information from UPS or a tracking number.On August 1(Avia) stated the request was made yesterday for a tracking number and I should have a email by tomorrow.She said it takes 24-48 hours. So I did receive the new cover finally and it's to small the length was correct but the width is 8 inches to short.

I call and talk to (Remmie) on August 25th stating the cover does not fit and what options do I have at this point.So now it has to be approved again by there committee.So on August25th I receive an email stating that (unfortunately the first two covers shipped are a semi fits for this specific model,we do not a have any other cover to ship.Please keep in mind our covers are best fit at the best possible price but they' not perfect. Semi custom covers can generally run inches to a foot too short or too long but are an awesome option for someone looking for a good cover at a great price.These covers are waterproof and backed by full warranties. Fully custom covers is when someone comes out to measure your boat or vehicle.Those covers can take up to 8 weeks to make are double the price.). Well at this point we paid $. 209.50 and yesterday it showed they reimbursed me $167.60 and charged a restock fee of $41.90. This is unreal that a company has to approve your return when I was miss lead on a cover and now charge a restocking fee and still no cover for my boat.
