During the construction of a new home, Charlie Blazek Linc#757556 unappropiately used funds given by the owner of the property to fund other projects he was working on.
When the time came for him to use those funds and materials purchased with those funds, he used the construction loan fund to repurchase the materials, which still have not been delivered.
Charlie Blazek, owner of C-Bar Construction, promised and extended the job for over a year with lies and more lies.

Your complaint doesn't have very many specifics, but you should contact the contractor's state license board. The are one of the few California agencies that does a decent job investigating complaints against licensed businesses. The website is www.cslb.ca.gov.
