Boulder vibes Sold defective magnetic eyelashes and wouldn't take a return Boulder Colorado

I purchased Boulder Vibes' magnetic eyelashes, 2 separate pairs. I don't know where they're getting these but they looked exactly the same even though they were priced differently as 2 separate products.

Out of the box, I could not for the life of me get one pair of lashes on and then I realized the magnets were not on it. It looked like the magnets had stuck to each other but not to the lashes.

Well I thought, I'm glad I ordered 2 pairs. So I tried the other pair and still could not get it on .....and looked again and it as well lost its magnetivity.

It seems that the glue they used to hold the magnets on the lashes does not work well at all and this is indeed a faulty product from the get-go.

I emailed them hoping to return both sets and after sending them pictures, they agreed to....send me another pair? I really don't want another stupid faulty pair. Just give me my money back. Period.
