California Government Officials Defraud Taxpayers of Millions Per Year - Wasted on Illegal Alien Felons California

The California Department of State Hospitals along with several prominent District Attorneys (including Jackie Lacey (Los Angeles District Attorney), Tony Rackauckas (Orange County District Attorney), (Bonnie Michelle Dumanis) San Diego District Attorney) have permitted over 100 Illegal Alein convicted violent felons to evade mandatory deportation and be provided with expensive taxpayer funded "mental health treatment" at luxurious facilities.

The cost is over $200,000 per year per illegal alien violent felon - thus the total amount the California taxpayers have beend defrauded is over $20,000,000 per year.

The scheme works as follows: The California Department of State Hospitals sends taxpayer funded psychologists to state prisons prior to the illegal alien violent felons being taken into Immigrationa and Customs Enforcement custody (for their mandated deortation out of the US). These psychologists then diagnose these illegal alein felons with some mental disorder requiring expensive taxpayer funded "inpatient" treatment. The state counties' District Attorneys then have to decide whether to go along or not with the scheme. The above District Attorneys have systematically gone along with it rather than permit the deportation process to continue.

The result is a massive transfer of California taxpayers' funds away from California citizens' needs and into the hands of California Department of State Hospitals' treatment providers who provide the $200,000+ treatment to the violent illegal alien felons.
