Calvary Collection Agency Inflated debt my charge off debt with Mazda credit from $12,000 to 16,000. They also reported the debt with a diferent date as to when the accoutn was deliquent. Now I have two charge offs on my credit. One with Mazda credit and another one with Calvary. The new debt reported to the credit comapnies looks like I missed a payment starting last year 2008 Novembr which makes it look like another debt Arizona Arizona

I bought a brand new car (a lemon dodge intrepid) in 2000, and the engine blew up. I refused to pay for the car so the account went to a charge of in the amount of $12,000. Calvary took over the debt last year, they inflated the debt from $12,000 to 16,600.00. They reported this debt as a new debt to credit companies, now I have two reports of the same account, reporting two very different amount. One is due to come off my credit in a few months and Calvary report will continue to appear on my credit for another 7 years as this was reported Nomber of 2008. So this lemon thanks to Calvary will be on my report for 14 years.
I don't think this is fair and I don't think this is legal. I am very upset because my credit score was 693 now has dropped down to 597 because of this new debt. I don't know what to do with them but it has hurt me so bad, I could even get the mortgage of this.
