Cambece Law Firm - Ruthless SOB's Cambece Law Firm Peabody Massachusetts

We sent all my wifes accounts to a OneCareCredit in which they worked with her creditors and arranged monthly payments through them. All was fine for the first six months. Our neighbor (who we don't really like and never talk to of course) knocks on our door with e memo that Cambece Law Firm has been attempting to get a hold of us (Our phone is unlisted).....I was ferious!

I called them ... it seems that one of my wifes accounts (HSBC) had been charged off and sold to Cambece.....even though HSBC was collecting monthly payments from us through OneCareCredit. The Rep. was a true SOB and started to tell me sending my wifes accounts to OneCareCredit was not legal.....didn't believe a word he said.

To think that these folks went as far as to contact strangers in the neighborhood attempting to get in touch with us was just mind blowing. We have had to stop all the payments going to all creditots through OneCareCredit in order to file Chapter 13.

I don't know who I hate the most HSBC for selling the account or Cambece for the ruthless manner in which they conduct business. in any case they hold a special place in HELL.
