CAN Health Scammed. Terms of use link very hard to find and does not suggest at all there will be a future charge past the shipping fee. Charged $89.95 for "free" trial. Wouldn't help me at all. Refunded through Merchant Dispute. Linlithgow Great Britain

Offer claimed that this was a free trial, for 1 bottle of supplement, and all the consumer was required was to pay the shipping charges which were $4.99. About 2 weeks later, I checked my bank and realized they had charged me $89.95 and an additional $2.70 "international transaction fee."

I immediately called their customer service, who basically only offered me the options of cancelling my account with them for any FUTURE charges and I could purchase more product at any time. A refund was not an option, basically no matter what the case.

I told them how scammed I felt, but since it was in the "terms of use" which were microscopically located strategically so no one would read them, because you had to go looking for them. It took me over 5 minutes to locate the link, which I really only found because it was next to a "contact us" link. I was a very dissatisfied customer.

I filed a Merchant Dispute through my bank and they also cancelled my debit card so this company could no longer have that information on me. After filing the Merchant Dispute, I called their customer service back to give them one more chance of helping me out, while I could still cancel the dispute. They only offered a half refund, which I would receive after I had provided proof that I had cancelled the dispute.

My bank told me that most merchants knew that a dispute cannot be reopened once it was cancelled, and definitely should not do it if I do not have my refund first. I firmly decided not to cancel, but I feel like this company was definitely trying to scam me twice. 

Terrible experience altogether, but glad to have received a full refund from my awesome bank.
