I ordered candles for these people for my wife's store. The site says it is a secure site.  8 weeks later I have no product and I am out $ 200.00. They will not answer their phone, it goes straight to voice mail. I have emailed and called several times.

I have left several messages and have not received a return call. I have also emailed. I would like to be responded to. You have processed my payment but I have not received any product or even the courtesy of a confirmation call or email. If I do not get some sort of response I will be filling a claim against your company and a rip off report on the internet that will be tagged to your website.

 We apologize for the delay we have a family crisis happen which left a member in a coma at OHSU Trauma.  We are finishing your order and will ship the candles on Monday, you will recieve an email wth tracking information at that time.
