How convenient for this crap a*s alarm company that one of their happy customers just happened to be strolling through the RR neighborhood when lo and behold, it comes across an angry complaint against them, and rushes in to defend the honor of its security provider! How unbelievably coincidental! Unbelievable? EXACTLY! TRUTH, you are a LIAR! You and your neighbors should insist that the police take prints and spray paint samples and try to solve this. Assuming of course y'all haven't already painted over the evidence. See if anyone has video surveillance that can help. Or just get together and sue the pricks in small claims and force them to fight it. If it goes all the way they probably win, based on evidence, but who knows. At least you inconvenience them. Maybe a "witness" can be found who "saw" this creep near the crime scenes.

Alarm companies are getting desperate!

I have done business with this company for many years and am a very happy customer. Their representatives are always polite and respectful. I am sorry to hear that the author of this report has been wrongly informed. No capital alarm employee states that they are with another company, I know this because it is in their contract that they cannot supply the customer with false information under severe penalty and in their "speech" they state that they are from Capital Alarm, not any other alarm company. They do ask; however, if you have old ADT equipment because they can set up the new, updated equipment and reuse your old sensors if okay with the customer. No employee would put their job in jeopardy in this economy to "lie" to a renter to get the sale. Likewise, none of their employees have criminal backgrounds or act out irrationally against a customer if they are refused the sale. Slander and libel spoken and written against an individual that could potentially harm their business or their personal reputation is wrong. Unless you have proof you should keep your opinions to yourself before you ruin someone's reputation under false accusations. Capital Alarm is a very trustworthy company in my opinion, and their employees all have a code of conduct to follow to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. The owners of the company go above and beyond to select the best employees possible and go out on a limb to ensure that all their customers are content with the service they receive. One should be careful when one utters false accusations against another without proof. This company is one of the best companies in the alarm industry; just see the better business bureau rating for the company. If you have further complaints I suggest you call Mr. Sean Mcbride at capital alarm and he will be able to solve your problem instead of causing problems for other and ultimately yourself. Also the employee in question in this statement would never vandalize anything, he has integrity and a high moral standard, you should be so lucky to measure up to such a person. 

Also in regards to ADT not coming to your door without notification isn't true. They knock on doors just the same as any other company. My door has been knocked upon by ADT many times this year inquiring if I would like to switch to them from capital alarm.
