MY BOYFRIEND RECENTLY GOT AN APPROVED APPLICATION FROM CAPITAL CHOICE CONSUMER CREDIT. HE SENT IN HIS CHECK AND AND RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEM SAYING THE CARD WAS ON THE WAY. WELL TODAY I LOOKED UP MY BANK ACCOUNT ON-LINE(WE HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT) AND REALISED THERE WAS A DIRECT WITHDRAWL FROM MY ACCOUNT. HOW CAN THEY DO THAT WITH A CHECK? THEY DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO DO THAT. AND WHEN WILL HE RECIEVE THE CARD?
