They also threatened me with a lawsuit. They must be going under because I have also heard from other former patients about how they've been mistreated.
Even after my co-worker, my boss and I asked them to stop, they still called and emailed my place of work. They emailed my private medical records to my work where others could view and I told them 3 times but the still sent more.

Please do not email this address. A payment was mailed yesterday with CC number and should arrive today. This is an OPEN email address other people can view this. I know of at least two others plus my boss have politely asked you to no longer email or call. Please mail me a copy of the credit card receipts.
