CAPITAL FIRST BENEFITS ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Miami Florida

For 2 months now i have gotten the run around from this company. I have never received a package to authorize them to take anything but the initial 29.95 from my account. i have called them to find out where this package was back in august and they took a full 160.00 from my account without authorization.

i was told the card was a mastercard with a 2500.00 limit. then when i called in september to find out why i hadn't received the card they told me it was a zero balance card until i put money on account up to 2500.00.

Today, October , 2002, I called to find out why I still had not received anything from them and was told that they had problems with the printer and the shippers sometimes get the addresses incorrect.

To date I have not received a thing and am out 160.00. I want my money refunded to me with interest for the period form August to whenever this happens.
