I worked for this company for approximately 2 months and I myself was ripped off. I thought they were legitimate, but as time went on, they were hiding a number of things from their employees. I should have known something was wrong from day one, but I continued to give them a chance, but as time went on, I became more suspicious of their practices.

I was eventually terminated for asking too many questions as to why clients kept calling in and complainig about them not doing or providing the service they promised. They are pushing themselves as a Document Preparation company instead of what they are, a Loan Modification company.

They do this to get pass the law, so they can charge consumers upfront for loan modificatons, which is against the law. I personally am not a lawyer, but their obviously is something wrong, because all their processors quit on them, and they failed to tell us for more than a week when we as employees noticed they were no longer there.

They hire people to come in and get deals in, and once the employee starts to realize something is wrong, they fire them or when the employee builds up enough clients, before they can get there commissions, they fire them so they can get all the money.

On top of this, they are telling people they don't charge for a Chap 13 bankruptcy, but are by increasing the fee. They are also, waiting approximately 30 days or more before contacting lenders to do the modification in a lot of cases so that the cleint pays the complete fee, before moving forward with the process. Then if the client fells to pay, they use the contract as a tool to keep the funds indicating the cleint failed to adhere to the contract.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and find a company that will not rip you off.
