Received a letter stating I won a lottery so I sent $20.00 for paper processing by Money Order order number 17101674995  2 weeks ago heard nothing from them received in mail this week and last several letters stating the same thing why is the state of New York allowing this to go on the Atty General shoud be going after them and monies sent should be refunded back.
