Capital One Bank ripoff denied my card and never contacted me Richmond Virginia

Capital one put a hold on my credit card and never notified me . I found out when I tried to order tickets to a sporting event , which cost me the seats I had ,that were very good . Then when I questioned the fraud dept they hung up on me. After calling twice more they told me they would call and try to get my oringinal tickets which was an impossibility to begin with but they said they would try .

After two days I was contacted by the executive office and a message was left for me to call if the problem was still not resolved. Well they never tried to call about the tickets and never looked into my problem . Aafter talking to a woman named autumn and a rebecca davis and a charles mitchell, they all refused to let me talk to the person who never followed thru with his deal to me . Aand they would not let me talk to the ceo , a richard fairbank .

I waited two more days and tried again , talking to operators at the office of mr fairbank , who refused to let me talk again and then telling me they would do things again like let me talk to chad who lied to me on the day I ordered the tickets . Aagain I was given no satisfaction . Two phone conversations could have saved them and me some long phone calls and all the negative responces I will now give .

They lied to me , all but called me a liar when I told them what happened , checking and double checking every complaint I had and then not giving me the chance to speak to the ceo . Tthey offered to refund the cost of one ticket out of three i purchased at a later time , putting me far away from the action . Ii told them I didn't want the money I wanted my oringinal tickets and wanted to know what they did about the people who hung up on me the people who lied to me and the people who refused to help me out . Aand the fact that they caused the whole mess by holding my card and never contacting me .

Yes it was only a football ticket , but it was important to me and it could have been something where I really needed to pay for something that I would have been denied .
