Capital Transmissions / Homer Mojica aka Andy or Andrew robbed me of my hard earned money in the amount close to $1000.00. Andy kept my truck over three weeks telling me it needed everything from a water pump, new transmission, new exhaust, etc.
He turned into a very rude man when I called wanting to pick up my truck as is, three weeks after being in his possession. He started ignoring all my calls daily. Who does that to a customer?
Finally, tired of being treated rudely and getting the run around I called a tow truck and went to pick up my truck.
Homer/Andrew, owner of Capital Transmissions claimed he fixed the transmission but was not able to do the rest of the work and my truck still was not driveable. He charged me close to a THOUSAND DOLLARS and sent me on my way.
Towed it home and after shedding quite a few tears I called a mobile mechanic for assistance because I didn't want to risk picking another horrible shop to look at my truck.
Ed, Austin ASE Mobile Mechanic came over and thoroughly assessed my truck. After showing me a video he took of the under carriage of my truck, I was totally in shock. The video clearly showed Capital Transmission did not fix my transmission, it had not been removed at all. I am appalled and will be taking appropriate action against homer/andrew mojica @ capital transmissions in Austin,TX. Charging a customer for work that was not accomplished is theft by deception. I was robbed.

You are being totally dishonest attempting to mislead people giving false information about my RIPOFF report against you and your business. My report is truthful and because of you I no longer have my truck which I paid a lot of money to have transported cross country to Austin, TX when I moved there. As a matter of fact, your misconduct was one of my first encounters upon moving to Austin, TX. I wouldn't wish my horrible experience with you on my worst enemy.
I've had two people email me saying you've lied to and stole their money as well without fixing their vehicles. One of the people you robbed says she plans to take you to court. If I was not currently living in Michigan, I would gladly join her in that law suit.
Your business should be shut down and you should do jail time for robbing customers and doing nothing to help fix their vehicles. You're lucky my brother, retired Austin police commander, Mr. DeMoss no longer lives in Austin. Otherwise I would make sure he found a way to have you prosecuted. You are a DECIEVING, DISPICABLE CRIMINAL.

This is a close competitor to my shops location. I have never stolen from anyone, all old removed parts are returned to the customer upon request as well. This is a horrible way to try to gain business by putting my businesses name in the dirt.
