I was phoned by capital first back in august, and waited for my credit card through the mail, but failed to recieve it. I called the number provided and and they told me that the card was in the mail and never recieved it. Time has paased long since now and now the number is only busy. I went online to check their website and found your site in its place. What are the consequences for companies like this? I want to be informaed now, because I have rights.
