Back in June of 2002 received a phone call from CapitalFirst regarding a credit card. My husband agreed to this and they withdrew approximately 190.00 dollars out of the account. waited four weeks as instructed received a complete brochure packet and completed forms as requested. never received the credit card and can not reach them by the phone number listed or by their web site. would like my money back
