Capitol One Credit Card Services ripoff Richmond Virginia

capitol one ripped us off. we not begging them to have their card. they called us. we set up two checks by pone and they went back. but my husbands job screwed up on direct deposit and we explained that to them them. they claimed we were fraud. they even hunged up on us. we were not fraud because we have three checking accounts. when i made a $800 dollar check by phone they said it will go thorught and everything will be all right. but on sunday morning they gave the run around again. they have bad attitudes.
