Car Center U.S.A Breach contract ripoff. Lynn Massachusetts

The car dealer had made the agreement to sell me the car. I signed every purchase agreement as the dealer said. The dealer told me before i was siging the agreement, that every thing is already approved for my loan, and told me that the car that i purchase is in service and it would be done in the middle of the week or the latest by Friday.

So, the next day the dealer called me and told me that the bank turned me down (the loan is not approve), due to something that they don't like in my credit report. I told the dealer, i wanted my deposit back and the dealer said o.k any time. late in the afternoon, when i went to the dealership to get my deposit back, i saw they were trying to rush up to sent me back the deposit by sent overnight express. My deposit check is inside the overnight express envelope. I was shock when i saw that.

Next morning, the bank called me at my work, to comfirm that i am in the contract with them. I asked them. what you mean? They said my loan is approved. They verified the amount of the loan and how much my payment is monthly.

I called back to dealer, and told them that they told me my loan was approved. The dealer told me, they will check into my file and call back. ever since, they never call me back. I tried and tried to call them... they never answer phone.
